Clients log in to a portal with your logo, colours and domain, and see only their own replies and meetings. Our name can be hidden entirely.
Sound familiar?
- “Our clients log in to a tool with somebody else’s name on it.”
- “Client reports are screenshots pasted into a Google Sheet.”
- “A client asked to see their replies, and the only option was to give them the whole workspace.”
- “Our LinkedIn tool has no white-label, so we hide it from clients.”
What changes when you turn on white-label.
Branding, domain and the hidden platform name each work on their own, so you can stop after the first.
Your logo
A wide PNG or SVG on a transparent background, in the portal and on the invite page.
Your product name
Call the portal whatever you call your service. It replaces ours in the portal and on the invite page.
Your accent colour
Buttons, links and the active menu item take your colour.
Your support and help links
The “contact us” email and the Help menu point to your own support and docs.
Your portal domain
Clients open the portal at a hostname of yours, such as outreach.northwind.studio, checked through DNS.
Our name hidden
One switch removes our name from the portal and the invite page. Your own team still signs in as usual.
Your domain, not ours.
Point a hostname of yours at us and clients open the portal there instead of at our address. The Domains page shows the exact DNS record to add, and you can choose which client the domain lands on or let visitors pick from the clients they can see.
- An honest note: each custom domain needs a certificate step, and that step happens on our side once your DNS record resolves. Until it’s done, clients keep using the default portal address.
- Removing a domain stops it resolving immediately. Adding it again starts the check from the beginning.
What your client sees, and what they can’t touch.
Four roles keep it clean: owner, manager, member and client viewer. A client viewer is limited to their own client.
Your client can
- Their own conversations, with the replies and who they’re from
- Their leads and live enrolments, and invites and replies over the last 30 days
- Reports for their own client, with the same numbers you see
- Reply from the portal, if you leave “can reply” on
Your client can’t
- Change or even see sequences
- See senders, tasks or AI review
- See other clients
- See costs or billing
Their portal and their reports draw on the same numbers as your own Reports page, so what they see never disagrees with what you told them. See reports
Set it up in three steps.
- 1
Set your branding
Under Settings → White-label, add your product name, logo, accent colour and support links. A live preview sits next to the fields.
- 2
Add your domain
Enter a hostname such as outreach.northwind.studio and add the DNS record the page shows you. We check it, then issue the certificate on our side.
- 3
Invite client viewers
Invite each client as a client viewer scoped to their own client. Open client viewer from the Clients table to see exactly what they’ll see.
Your clients’ accounts stay safe under any brand.
White-label changes what your clients see, never the limits underneath. New senders start at 4 invites a day and earn more after 14 healthy days in a row, and daily limits apply to every sender: nobody can switch them off, including us.

Frequently asked questions
Which plan do I need?
The client portal is on Agency and Agency Plus. Your own brand, domain and hidden platform name are on Agency Plus. Client viewers are free on both.
Can I have several brands?
Branding is per workspace. If you sell under more than one brand, run one workspace per brand.
Can clients reply from the portal?
Yes, unless you turn off “can reply” for them. Their answer is sent from the sender that owns the conversation, so the thread stays in one place.
Is my brand on the LinkedIn side?
No. LinkedIn only sees the sender’s own account. White-label changes what your clients see in the portal, not what prospects see.
How long does a custom domain take?
Once your DNS record resolves, the certificate step happens on our side, and the portal goes live at your domain when it’s done. Removing a domain stops it resolving straight away.
Who can change the branding?
Only the workspace Owner. Only the Owner can see the DNS target value, too.
