The 3 differences that matter
Difference 1
Built for teams and agencies.
Sender pools rotate leads across your reps’ or clients’ accounts. Clients are kept apart, each with a client-viewer login that shows only their own conversations and reports, under your brand on Agency Plus. Dripify’s own comparison with HeyReach says it has no sender rotation, and it has no white-label.
See the agency setupDifference 2
See which message gets people to say yes, on every plan.
A/B variants and splits are reported side by side, and the winner is judged on positive replies, not just replies. Dripify puts A/B testing and step analytics on its Advanced plan only.
See reportsDifference 3
LinkedIn and email in one inbox, and a reply stops both.
Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox runs in the same sequence as your LinkedIn steps, and a reply on either channel stops the lead on every sender. Dripify’s email is Gmail only, and its LinkedIn and email replies aren’t in one inbox.
Pricing side by side
Monthly list prices at 1, 10 and 25 senders. Dripify charges per seat; we charge per active sender, with email and AI included.

Themes that come up again and again in public reviews of Dripify, paraphrased. These are not our customers, and we don’t quote them. Read the reviews yourself below.
What users like
- Easy to use: the first campaign is live in minutes, with no training.
- Saves an hour or two a day on LinkedIn actions.
- A visual drip builder with conditions and delays.
- Runs in the cloud, with no browser extension.
Common complaints
- The per-seat price, the most common con on G2.
- Running campaigns that are locked, so users rebuild them (this may now be partly fixed).
- Basic personalization, so messages can read as automated.
- Billing, auto-renewal and refund problems in some reviews.
- Basic, Gmail-only email, and no combined LinkedIn and email inbox.
Switching from Dripify
Moving from one seat per rep to one workspace for the whole team. The plan: a 30-minute call on day 0, your workspace ready on day 1, and your first sequence live on day 2.
- Export your leads as CSV; custom fields map on import and tags are applied as they come in.
- We rebuild your campaigns from an export or screenshots, and add email steps from Gmail, Outlook or IMAP.
- Each rep’s account joins a sender pool, and their replies land in one shared inbox.
- Each owner reconnects their LinkedIn account through a hosted login link. You never handle their password.
Your accounts ramp back up over about 10 weeks. Here’s why.
Every LinkedIn account you move starts again at warm-up level 0: 4 invites a day. It goes up one level after each 14 healthy days in a row, so an established Premium account takes about 10 weeks to reach full volume (45 invites a day). That is deliberate. A new tool, a new IP address and a sudden jump in activity is the pattern that gets accounts restricted, so we ramp back up slowly on every account, including yours. Mailboxes start higher, at level 3.
GrowthxAI Outreach vs Dripify: questions
Is it as quick to set up as Dripify?
Setup is short: connect an account, import people, write the steps. Or connect Claude, attach your list and say what you want; nothing starts until you approve it.
Can I edit a campaign while it’s running?
Yes. Changes save as a draft; when you publish, you see who is affected and choose whether leads already in flight get the change.
Do you have a built-in email finder?
No. Email finding uses your own provider’s key. If built-in finder credits matter most, Dripify includes 100 a month.
Do you work with Outlook?
Yes. Gmail, Outlook and any IMAP mailbox connect directly and run in the same sequence and inbox.
Will my LinkedIn accounts keep their current volume when I switch?
Not straight away. Every moved LinkedIn account restarts at warm-up level 0 (4 invites a day) and climbs one level per 14 healthy days, reaching full volume in about 10 weeks. It is a safety feature: a sudden jump in activity from a new tool is what gets accounts restricted.
Will my LinkedIn account get banned?
No tool can promise that, and you should distrust any that does. New accounts start at 4 invites a day, daily caps are the lowest of the platform ceiling, the warm-up level and your own cap, and nobody can switch them off, including us, the API and Claude.
Your LinkedIn accounts stay safe.
New accounts start at 4 invites a day and earn more after 14 healthy days in a row. Every account has daily limits that nobody can switch off: not you, not your team, not the API, not Claude, not us. Activity runs only in working hours, spaced like a person, and slows down on its own if anything looks wrong.
