What is GrowthxAI?
The outreach tool we wanted for our own agency.
GrowthxAI Outreach runs LinkedIn and email outreach from the accounts a team connects, keeps every account inside safe limits, stops the moment someone replies, and reports on it with one set of numbers.
We built it after running outreach for our own agency and hitting the same problems every week: follow-ups sent after a reply, campaigns that stopped without telling anyone, accounts pushed too hard. The product is how we fixed them, and we still run our own outbound on it every day. If you join, you will use what you build.

Our values
Six things we hold to.
They come from the product, not a poster. Each one shows up in how we build, how we sell and how we treat each other.
Safe by default
Every LinkedIn account we touch belongs to a real person. We would rather send less than put an account at risk, and we build the limits into the database so nobody can skip them.
Say it plainly
We tell customers what we do not have yet, including certifications. Inside the team it is the same: short messages, clear decisions, no politics.
Own the outcome
You ship the feature, watch it run on real accounts, and fix what breaks. Nobody hands work over a wall.
Customer in the room
We run outreach for our own agency on the same product. When a customer hits a problem, someone on the team has usually hit it first.
One set of numbers
Decisions come from the same reports our customers use. If we cannot measure it, we say so instead of guessing.
