LinkedIn and email replies from every account in one place, sorted by who’s interested, with a reminder to answer the ones that are.

14 days free · 3 LinkedIn accounts · no card

An inbox thread tagged Interested: the reply “Happy to chat, does Thursday work?” is marked as replying to step 3, our message shows the campaign, step, variant and sender it came from, and a follow-up task is due in 4 hours.

The reply came in. Nobody saw it for three days.

With several LinkedIn accounts and a couple of mailboxes, replies end up in a dozen places. Checking each one is a chore, so the “yes, let’s talk” sits unread while the buyer moves on.

One inbox for every sender and channel.

Every conversation from every LinkedIn account and mailbox you can see, in one list you can narrow in a click.

  • Every reply tagged: interested, question, not now, not interested, out of office, wrong person, with a one-line summary under it.
  • Interested or question? A follow-up task, due in 4 hours, goes to whoever owns the conversation.
  • Filter by sender, channel, intent, client or sequence, or just Unread, Mine and Archived.
One inbox with LinkedIn and email replies from three senders, each tagged by intent, with a reminder to answer the interested one within 4 hours.

Where did this reply come from?

Every automated message carries its campaign, step, variant and sender. Every reply says which of your messages it answered, so you know what earned it before you write back.

Messages a teammate sent by hand read “Sent by” instead, and a reply to them counts as conversation, not a campaign reply, so your reply rates stay honest.

Attribution lines in a thread: our message shows “SaaS founders Q4 · Step 3 · Variant B · via Priya”, and the lead’s answer shows “Replying to Step 3”.

Answer as a team, without stepping on each other.

Hand each conversation to the right person, and decide who is allowed to answer.

  • Assign any thread to a teammate, or back to unassigned. “Mine” shows what’s yours.
  • “Can reply” is a switch per person, separate from their role. Turn it off for someone who should only read.
  • Replies go out from the sender that owns the conversation, so the lead keeps talking to the same person.

Convert any conversation into a task, a tag, a stage change or a new sequence, without leaving the thread.

Replies don’t use up limits

What you send by hand from the inbox never counts against a sender’s daily limits.

Or ask Claude what’s waiting.

Connect Claude and ask “any pending replies?”. It reads every thread waiting on you, drafts an answer for each, and sends only the ones you approve.

The detail that matters

Interested and question replies create a follow-up task, due in 4 hours, for whoever owns the conversation.

Only one open follow-up per conversation, so nobody gets nagged twice. And by default, a reply on any channel, to any sender, has already stopped every follow-up that lead was due, before anyone opens the thread.

Frequently asked questions

Do replies I send count against my daily limits?

No. Replies you send from the inbox don’t count against any sender’s daily limits, and they’re always sent.

Can my clients see the inbox?

Yes, on the Agency plans. A client viewer sees only their own client’s conversations and reports. They can reply from the sender that owns the conversation, unless you turn “can reply” off.

Can I hide some senders from some teammates?

Yes. Limit a member to one or more clients and they only see those clients’ senders, leads and conversations. Owners and managers always see everything.

Which email accounts work?

Gmail, Outlook and any IMAP mailbox. Their replies land in the same inbox as LinkedIn, and you can filter by channel.

What if the AI tags a reply wrongly?

Click the tag in the thread and pick the right one. Reports follow your correction, including for past days.

Can I answer replies from Claude?

Yes. Ask “any pending replies?” and Claude drafts an answer for each one. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
