Each incoming LinkedIn message and email is read and tagged, with a one-line summary under it. The tag drives what happens next.

Write a short prompt once, with a fallback sentence. Lines are written ahead of time for a list, a tag or the leads you pick, then wait for you.
- Review in one table: the lead, the facts the line used, and the line. Approve, edit, regenerate or skip.
- Approve in bulk when a filtered page looks right.
- Only approved text can render. The step preview never shows an unapproved line.
- Nothing invented: when a profile has nothing usable, the line is left blank and the fallback is used.
Never blocks a lead
If AI is unavailable, the message still goes out.
Every AI line has a fallback you write. If a lead has no approved line, or AI can’t answer, the fallback sends on schedule and the lead carries on to the next step.
- A slow model never delays a send: lines are prepared ahead of time, not at the moment of sending.
- Prefer to wait? Turn on “Hold leads until AI-written lines are approved” in the sequence settings.

Profile enrichment
Saves the full profile the sequence already fetches: About, past roles, education, skills and recent posts. No extra profile views, and anything enriched in the last 90 days is skipped.
AI routing step
Describe each branch in plain words, such as “Founders and C-level”. The decision and its reason show on the lead’s timeline. Test it on 20 leads before you publish.
Bring your own key
AI is included with our key. You can use your own Gemini, Anthropic or OpenAI key instead, at no charge.

Ask for an AI review of a sequence’s steps and copy before it goes live, alongside the usual checks.
Only a line a person approved is ever sent. There is no setting to turn that off.
Everything else renders your fallback text instead, so a lead is never held up and never gets a line nobody read. AI routing is the one exception that needs no approval, because it picks a path, not words: the text on every path is still yours.

AI questions
Does AI send messages on its own?
No. Nothing AI-written sends until a person approves it. A line that isn’t approved is replaced by your fallback text, and there is no setting to turn this off.
Will AI make things up about a lead?
The writer may only use facts on the lead’s profile. When there’s nothing usable, the line is left blank and your fallback is used instead.
What happens if AI is unavailable?
The lead is never blocked. The fallback text sends and the lead carries on. If you’d rather wait for approved lines, a sequence setting holds leads until they’re approved.
Is AI included in the price?
Yes. Reply tagging, AI lines, routing and drafts use our key and are included on every plan. You can also use your own Gemini, Anthropic or OpenAI key at no charge (early access).
Can I correct a reply’s intent?
Yes. Click the intent on the conversation and pick the right one. If AI isn’t set up for the workspace, new replies are marked Unclear.
Does enrichment show up as a profile visit?
No. The profile is fetched without notifying the lead, and it’s the same fetch the sequence already makes before an invite or message (early access).
