GrowthxAI Outreach

Run all your clients’ LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes in one place, keep every account safe, and show each client their results under your brand.

Client switcher open over the agency dashboard: Acme Analytics, Brightline Health and Kova Fintech, each with its own replies and interested count.

Sound familiar?

  • “A client’s account got restricted and we still don’t know why.”
  • “We check twelve inboxes every morning.”
  • “The client asked what we sent last week, so we built a report by hand. Again.”
  • “Our LinkedIn tool needs Smartlead for email, Zapier to connect them, and a spreadsheet to see both.”

Every client kept apart, with a portal of their own.

Each client gets its own senders, sequences, blacklists and reports. Teammates can be scoped to one client, and each client gets a free client-viewer login that shows only their conversations, replies and results.

  • Clients see their own numbers, not a spreadsheet you built. The portal and their reports use the same figures as yours.
  • They can’t touch the campaign. Client viewers never see senders, sequences, costs or other clients. Turn off “can reply” if they should only read.
  • Your brand and your domain on Agency Plus, with our name hidden.
White-label and the client portal
Client portal for Acme Analytics: only their own replies, interested leads and meetings, with no access to sequences, billing or other clients.

Connect client accounts without their passwords.

Copy a hosted login link and send it to the account owner. They log in themselves, from their own country, so their sender’s proxy is set where they really are. You never see their password.

If LinkedIn ever logs the account out, the sender’s actions wait in the queue and a reconnect task appears, so you can send the owner a fresh link.

How we keep client accounts safe
A hosted login link sent to Sam: the account owner connects their own LinkedIn account, so the agency never sees the password.

LinkedIn and email together. One inbox for every client.

LinkedIn steps and email steps run in one sequence, and every reply from every sender and mailbox lands in one inbox, filtered by client. No second tool, no Zapier in the middle.

  • Nothing embarrassing in front of a client. A reply on any channel stops that lead on every sender.
  • Client blacklists are checked twice: when a lead is enrolled, and again just before each send.
  • Every reply shows where it came from: the sequence, the step and the sender.
See the inbox
One inbox with LinkedIn and email replies from three senders, each tagged by intent, with a reminder to answer the interested one within 4 hours.

Run your clients by chat.

Connect Claude and ask in plain English: “Set up the same campaign for Acme using this list.” “Give me every client’s replies from today.” Claude works inside each client’s scope, with exactly your permissions, and asks before anything sends.

What you can ask Claude
Asking Claude for Acme’s September report: 14 replies, 5 interested and 3 meetings booked, ready to export.

Every client’s account stays inside safe limits.

New senders start at 4 invites a day and earn more after 14 healthy days in a row. Daily limits apply to every sender and nobody can switch them off: not your team, not the API, not Claude, not us. Each sender gets its own proxy in the owner’s country, and activity slows down on its own if anything looks wrong.

Who uses it

We run our own agency’s outreach on it.

We built it for our own clients first, so the screens on this page are the ones we work in: the portal our clients log in to, and the health grid that shows every sender’s health, today’s usage and when it earns its next warm-up level.

Sender health grid: three LinkedIn accounts with health scores, today’s invites used against their limit, remaining headroom, warm-up level and the next unlock date.

25 senders on Agency: $875 / month$35 per sender, billed monthly. About 20% less on annual.

No per-user fees, no proxy bills, email included. Client viewers are free.

Frequently asked questions

Do my clients need their own accounts?

No. You invite each client as a free client viewer inside your workspace, scoped to their client. Their LinkedIn account connects through a hosted login link you send them.

Can a client see other clients?

No, when you scope their login to their own client, which is how client viewers are invited. They see their conversations and reports only; never senders, sequences, costs or other clients.

Can I use my own domain and logo?

Yes, on Agency Plus: your logo, product name, colours and a portal domain such as reports.youragency.com, with our name hidden from clients. See white-label for the details.

Do I need to buy proxies?

No. Each LinkedIn sender gets its own proxy in the owner’s country, included in the price.

Can you migrate us from HeyReach or Expandi?

Yes. Send us an export and we rebuild your sequences, import your leads with their tags and history, and help each owner reconnect their sender. Book a switch call to plan it.

How do I bill clients for senders?

We charge your workspace per active sender; teammates and client viewers are free. Reports show each client’s senders and results, and the Cost tab (hidden from clients) shows cost per reply and per meeting.

What happens if a client’s account is logged out?

The sender shows Re-login needed and its actions wait in the queue; nothing is lost. A reconnect task is created, and you send the owner a fresh login link from the sender page.

More meetings for every client, less time per client.

We’ll help you move your campaigns.

  • Cancel any time in the billing portal
  • Nothing deleted if a payment fails
