GrowthxAI Outreach

Reach hiring managers, build employer relationships, and follow up with companies for campus placements and internships. From your placement cell’s own LinkedIn accounts and email, with every reply in one inbox.

14 days free · 3 LinkedIn accounts · no card

One campaign sent from three LinkedIn accounts. Each account reaches different people and stays inside its own limit today: 25, 25 and 9 for an account still warming up.

Sound familiar?

  • “We write to 200 companies before every season and hear back from 12.”
  • “Three coordinators mailed the same HR manager in the same week.”
  • “Follow-ups stop the moment the season starts and everyone is busy.”
  • “Our company contacts live in one officer’s inbox, and leave when they do.”

Run the placement drive by chat.

Connect Claude, attach your company list and describe it: “Reach out to the hiring managers and founders at these companies for our placement season.” Claude imports the people, sets up the connection request, follow-ups and email, checks each coordinator’s limits, and asks before anything starts.

  • Then run the season from the same chat: “Which companies haven’t replied?” “Draft answers to today’s interested replies.” “Add these 40 companies to the internship campaign.”
  • Nothing goes out on a coordinator’s behalf until they say yes, and Claude can’t raise anyone’s limits.
What you can ask Claude
A placement coordinator attaches a company list and asks Claude to reach out to the hiring managers and founders: Claude imports 212 people at 180 companies, leaves out 6 who replied last season, lays out the connection request, two follow-ups and an email across the cell’s 3 LinkedIn accounts, and asks before starting.

Follow up with every company until they answer.

Write your invitation once: a connection request to the hiring manager, two short follow-ups, then an email if they don’t accept. Each step waits a few days and only runs if the one before got no reply.

  • Their name, company and role filled in for every person, with a sensible fallback when a detail is missing.
  • Follow-ups happen on their own, in the season and out of it, so a company that went quiet in March still hears from you in June.
  • Stops the moment they reply, on LinkedIn or by email, so nobody gets a reminder after saying yes.
How follow-ups work
A four-step sequence: a connection request, two LinkedIn messages, then an email, each with its wait time.

One campaign for the whole cell. No company hears from two coordinators.

Every coordinator connects their own LinkedIn account, and one campaign shares the company list between them. The rules decide who contacts whom before anything is sent.

  • Fresh sender: a company only goes to a coordinator who has never invited or messaged them.
  • Same sender as before: the contact stays with whoever last spoke to them, so the relationship builds.
  • One live sequence per contact, and a reply to anyone stops that contact for everyone.
Outreach from several accounts
Reply stop: when a lead answers an email, every remaining LinkedIn and email step on both of your accounts is cancelled, so nobody follows up with someone who already replied.

Every employer conversation in one inbox, owned by the cell.

LinkedIn and email replies from every coordinator’s account land in one shared inbox, sorted by who’s interested. Assign each company to a coordinator, and each coordinator works from the “Mine” filter.

  • Every reply is tagged: interested, question, not this season, not interested, out of office.
  • An interested reply becomes a task, so someone answers within hours, not after the weekend.
  • The history stays with the college, not with whoever happened to send the message.

Your officers’ LinkedIn accounts, protected.

A placement officer’s profile is years of employer relationships. A new account starts slowly, at 4 connection requests a day, and earns more only after 14 days in a row of good health, the way a real person’s activity grows.

  • Daily limits nobody can switch off: not a coordinator, not the placement head, not Claude, not us.
  • Only in working hours, with random gaps between actions.
  • A proxy in your own country, included, so LinkedIn sees the account where it has always been.

Everything else a placement cell needs.

One company’s record over a placement year, and the four things that make it work.

One company’s record over a placement year: the spring internship invite and reply, an alumni note to a 2019 graduate now hiring there, the autumn placement drive skipping the company because it already replied, Claude flagging that a follow-up is waiting on a coordinator, and a new coordinator picking up the same thread the next May.
  1. 1

    Internship drives and PPOs too

Run a summer internship campaign in spring and a placement campaign in autumn from the same list of companies. A company that replied last time is skipped on its own, so nobody is asked twice.

  2. 2

    Alumni who can open doors

Upload your alumni list and write to the ones now in hiring roles. A short, personal note from the placement cell, with their batch and company filled in for each person.

The cell’s to-do list, kept by Claude

Ask “Which companies haven’t replied since the invite?” or “Draft answers to today’s interested replies.” Claude lists what needs a person, drafts the reply, and sends nothing until a coordinator says yes.

Next season starts from this one

Every company, contact and conversation stays in the workspace. When coordinators graduate or an officer moves on, the next team picks up the same threads, not a blank sheet.

    One inbox for the cell

Every officer’s LinkedIn account stays safe.

New accounts start at 4 invites a day and earn more after 14 healthy days in a row. A free account stays at 9 a day; a Premium account can reach 45. Daily limits apply to every account and nobody can switch them off, including us. Activity runs only in working hours and slows down on its own if anything looks wrong.

What the placement head sees

From first message to a call with the hiring manager.

Every campaign has a funnel: invites sent, accepted, replied, interested, calls booked. See which coordinator’s outreach is landing and which message earns the interested replies, then export the list of companies at each stage as CSV for the placement committee.

Funnel for one campaign: 1,200 invites, 372 accepted (31%), 132 replied (11%), 50 interested (4.2% of invites), 21 meetings booked.

3 LinkedIn accounts on Team: $147 / month$49 per account, billed monthly. About 20% less on annual.

No per-user fees: the placement head and every coordinator are free. Email, AI and proxies included.

Frequently asked questions

Do our placement officers need LinkedIn Premium?

No. A free LinkedIn account works, at lower limits: up to 9 connection requests a day. Premium accounts can earn up to 45 a day. Most placement cells start with two or three free accounts and add email steps to reach the rest.

Can several coordinators work from the same campaign?

Yes. Each coordinator connects their own LinkedIn account, and one campaign shares the company list between them. The rules decide who contacts which company, so no HR manager hears from two people. Every reply lands in one shared inbox.

Can we email companies as well as message them on LinkedIn?

Yes. Connect a Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox, and add an email step to the same sequence, for example for anyone who hasn’t accepted a connection request in two weeks. LinkedIn and email replies arrive in the same inbox.

Can we import the company list we already have?

Yes. Upload a CSV of companies and contacts, or paste a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search for the HR and campus-hiring roles you want. People already in a campaign or who replied recently are left out on their own.

What happens when the placement officer changes?

Their LinkedIn account is theirs, so a manager disables it in the workspace, which stops all queued activity and removes the stored session. Every conversation and company record stays readable, and the new officer connects their own account and carries on.

Will our officers’ LinkedIn accounts get restricted?

No tool can promise that, and you should distrust any that does. What we do: start every account slowly, keep it under daily limits nobody can switch off, run only in working hours, and slow down on our own if anything looks wrong.

More companies on campus this season, without more hours.
