Changelog

What we've shipped, dated, and what it looks like in the product. Anything still waiting for its first run on a live account is marked early access.

  1. A reply now stops the lead everywhere

When someone replies on any channel, to any of your accounts, they leave every live sequence and every queued action is cancelled. A reply by email to Priya stops the LinkedIn follow-up Daniel had planned.

    • Out-of-office replies pause the lead and resume them after 7 days, or on the return date if the auto-reply gives one.
    • Sequences set to hold for review pause the lead instead, and exit held leads after 30 days by default, so nobody is stuck.
Reply stop: when a lead answers an email, every remaining LinkedIn and email step on both of your accounts is cancelled, so nobody follows up with someone who already replied.
  2. Campaigns can't stop quietly any more

A sequence with live leads that has sent nothing in 26 hours, and has nothing planned, is marked stalled. A sender with fewer than 2 days of new leads left is marked running dry. Both show on the Dashboard under Needs attention and fire a webhook, and both clear on their own.

    • “Why isn't this sending?” on a sequence or sender checks senders, caps, schedules, health and lead supply, and answers in plain words: the reason, then what to do next.
The dashboard's Needs attention card shows a stalled sequence (live leads, nothing sent or planned in 26 hours) and a sender with under two days of leads left, each with a next step.
  3. Edit a live campaign without breaking it

Editing an active sequence now goes into a draft that saves itself and never reaches a live lead. Publishing shows who your change affects before anything moves, and lets you choose who gets the new version.

    • Choose everyone who hasn't reached the changed steps, or new leads only: leads in flight finish the version they started.
    • Decide what happens to messages already queued with the old text, and to leads waiting on a delay you changed.
    • If a teammate published while your draft was open, you see what changed before anything is overwritten.
The publish dialog counts the impact before a live change: 214 leads in flight, 37 on or after a changed step, 12 queued messages with the old text, and a choice of who gets the new version.
  4. A/B tests are judged on interested replies

A message that gets lots of replies saying “please stop” isn't a winner. The A/B results now compare variants on interested replies, and no winner is declared until every variant has at least 100 sends.

    • Promote the winner in one click. Leads already on a losing variant finish on the text they were given.
    • Test whole paths, such as LinkedIn first versus email first, with the A/B split step.
A/B test on step 2: message B gets an interested reply from 6.1% of sends against 3.4% for message A, with high confidence, and a button to promote the winner.
  5. Reports: seven tabs, one set of numbers

Overview, funnel, replies by intent, sequences, senders, clients and cost. The Reports page, the Dashboard and the client portal use the same calculation for every metric, so the number you send a client is the number you see.

    • The funnel follows the leads enrolled in the period through every later stage: invited, accepted, replied, interested, meeting.
    • Every table exports to CSV exactly as shown, and a link to a report keeps its date range, tab and client.
Funnel for one campaign: 1,200 invites, 372 accepted (31%), 132 replied (11%), 50 interested (4.2% of invites), 21 meetings booked.
