VIP service
Your list, your messages and your replies, handled by a named team from your own LinkedIn accounts and email, inside a workspace you can open any time. Your part starts when a meeting lands on your calendar.
Sound familiar?
- “We know outbound works for us. We don’t have anyone to run it.”
- “The last agency sent us a deck of reply rates and no meetings.”
- “I can’t see what they’re sending in my name.”
- “Every tool we tried needed someone to babysit it.”
It’s your workspace. Ask it anything.
We work inside a workspace that belongs to you, so nothing we send is hidden. Connect Claude and ask “What went out this week?” or “Which replies are waiting on me?” and get the same answer we would.
What you can ask ClaudeWho does what.
Six things we own, three things we need from you.
We do
1Who to reach
We work out who buys from you, build the list, and rank each person by signs they’re in the market now: a hiring push, a funding round, a post about the problem you solve. You only reach people worth a reply.
2Campaigns built and run
We write the sequences, connect the LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes, and keep everything running. Your part starts when a meeting lands on your calendar.
3LinkedIn and email together
One sequence across both channels, so someone who doesn’t accept on LinkedIn gets an email instead, and nobody hears from you twice.
4A named outbound engineer
One person owns your setup: the lists, the routing, the automations and the tests, and improves them week by week.
5Replies answered by a person
A named inbox manager, with the inbox’s reply tagging behind them, answers every reply in working hours, qualifies the lead and books the meeting while the interest is fresh.
6Numbers every week
A weekly note and a monthly report with the same figures you can open in the workspace yourself: replies, interested leads, meetings, and what each meeting cost.
You do
- Take the meetings we book, on your calendar.
- Tell us who’s a fit and who isn’t, once at the start and whenever it changes.
- Approve the first messages. After that, we only ask when something new goes out.
That’s the whole list. If you find yourself doing more than this, tell us; it means we’ve missed something.
How it starts, and how long it takes.
- 1
A fit call
Thirty minutes on what you sell, who buys it and what a good meeting looks like. If outbound isn’t the right channel for you yet, we say so on the call.
- 2
List and first messages
Within the first two weeks you see the list we built, why each person is on it, and the sequences we’ll send. Nothing goes out until you’ve read them.
- 3
Accounts warm up
Your LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes connect to your own workspace. New accounts start at 4 invites a day and earn more over 14 healthy days, so the first weeks are slower than the third month.
- 4
Meetings on your calendar
Replies are answered by a named person in working hours. Interested leads get a slot on your calendar, with the thread attached so you walk in knowing what they said.
A good fit, and not yet.
We’d rather say no on the call than send you a deck of reply rates.
Worth a call if
- You have closed deals from outbound before, or you have a clear offer and know who buys it.
- A meeting is worth enough that a person answering replies pays for itself.
- Someone on your side can take a handful of meetings a week and tell us how they went.
Not yet if
- You’re still working out what you sell or to whom. Start with the product on a trial instead; it’s cheaper to learn there.
- You want us to run the sales calls too. We book them; you close them.
- You need meetings next week. Accounts warm up first, and we won’t skip that.
In the first two cases, the product on a free trial is the better start. We’ll say so.
Every done-for-you client keeps us inside the product, and pays for the next thing we build.
We started as an agency and built this tool for our own clients first. Running outbound for you keeps our team in the inbox and the sequence builder every working day, so the rough edges get found by us before they reach you. It also funds the product without outside money: the fee pays engineers, and everything we fix or add for a done-for-you client ships to every plan.
How we got hereYour accounts stay safe, even when we’re the ones sending.
Every account we send from keeps the same limits as any other: new ones start at 4 invites a day and earn more after 14 healthy days in a row, and nobody on our team can switch a limit off. Each account gets its own proxy in the owner’s country, runs only in working hours, and slows down on its own if anything looks wrong. The owner can disconnect it at any time.

Frequently asked questions
Whose LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes do you send from?
Yours. Each account owner logs in themselves through a hosted login link, from their own country, and we never see their password. Their account keeps its own limits and can be disconnected by them at any time.
Can I see what you’re sending?
Everything. It’s your workspace: every sequence, every message, every reply and the same reports we read. You can also ask Claude in plain English what went out this week.
Who answers replies?
A named inbox manager on our team, in your working hours, with the inbox’s reply tagging so nothing interested waits. Anything that needs your judgement, such as pricing or a technical question, is passed to you with a suggested answer.
How is it priced?
A monthly fee for your setup, agreed on the fit call, plus the product subscription for the accounts we send from. There’s no long contract; a month’s notice either way.
How soon do meetings start?
It depends on how many accounts you have and whether they’re new. New accounts warm up for 14 days before they can do much, so the first weeks are slower than later months. We don’t promise a number of meetings, and we’re wary of anyone who does.
What happens if we stop?
The workspace, the lists, the sequences and every conversation stay yours. Keep running them yourself on a normal plan, or pause. Nothing is deleted.
