The 4 differences that matter.

Difference 1

Test AI replies in a simulator before they go live.

Play the lead, see exactly what AI would answer, and turn autopilot on only when it sounds like you. Until then, every reply gets a drafted answer you approve and send in a click. GetSales lists “autonomous response handling” on every plan, but its help centre doesn’t explain how it works or how to test it first.

See AI replies
The reply simulator: you write replies as if you were the lead, such as an objection and a request for more information, and see the answer AI would send to each. Nothing is sent. When you’re happy, you turn autopilot on.

Difference 2

An A/B report that picks the winner on positive replies.

A/B variants and splits are reported side by side, and the winner is judged on positive replies, not just replies. GetSales has an A/B step, but its own FAQ says there is no A/B report.

See reports
A/B test on step 2: message B gets an interested reply from 6.1% of sends against 3.4% for message A, with high confidence, and a button to promote the winner.

Difference 3

A reply never leaves a lead stuck.

The lead exits every sequence on every sender and channel. Out-of-office replies pause and resume on their own. If you’d rather review replies first, the hold expires after the number of days you set (30 by default), so nobody waits forever. GetSales pauses a replied lead across senders until someone un-pauses or cancels.

Reply stop: when a lead answers an email, every remaining LinkedIn and email step on both of your accounts is cancelled, so nobody follows up with someone who already replied.

Difference 4

Recover failed leads without re-sending anything.

Retry, skip or exit, one lead or five hundred. There is no restart-from-top button, because it would re-send messages people already received. GetSales’ bulk actions include “Restart from top”, which its docs warn re-sends messages.

Recovering failed leads: retry the step, skip it or exit the lead. There is no restart from the top, so nobody is sent the same message twice, and the lead's history is kept.

What GetSales users say.

Themes that come up again and again in public reviews of GetSales, paraphrased. These are not our customers, and we don’t quote them. Read the reviews yourself below.

What users like

  • An easy interface with good tutorials, easier than many other tools.
  • LinkedIn and email running in one workflow.
  • A flexible builder that handles complex branching.
  • Fast support, including access to the founder.

Common complaints

  • A learning curve for sequences and settings, the most common complaint on G2.
  • CRM connectors described as bumpy, and no native Salesforce.
  • Enriched emails and phone numbers that are sometimes out of date.
  • Per-seat pricing that adds up for larger teams.
  • Replies landing on the wrong sender, or unclear which step triggered a message.

Switching from GetSales.

Your leads, sequences and stoplist come across. The plan: a 30-minute call on day 0, your workspace ready on day 1, and your first sequence live on day 2.

  • Export your leads as CSV; custom fields map on import and tags are applied as they come in.
  • We rebuild your sequences from an export or screenshots, including their branches.
  • Your stoplist becomes a blacklist, scoped to the workspace, a client or a sequence.
  • Each owner reconnects their LinkedIn account through a hosted login link. You never handle their password.

Your mailboxes carry the volume while moved LinkedIn accounts ramp up.

Every LinkedIn account you move starts again at warm-up level 0: 4 invites a day. It goes up one level after each 14 healthy days in a row, so an established Premium account takes about 10 weeks to reach full volume (45 invites a day). We ramp every moved account back up gradually, because a sudden jump in activity from a new tool is what LinkedIn watches for. Mailboxes start higher, at level 3.

Questions about switching from GetSales.

Do you have a contact database like GetSales?

No. We enrich from the LinkedIn profiles your sequence already visits (early access), and email finding uses your own provider key. If a built-in database matters most, GetSales is the better fit.

Is there an A/B report?

Yes. Variants and splits are reported side by side, and the winner is judged on positive replies, not just replies.

What happens to a lead who replies?

They leave every sequence on every sender and channel, and anything queued is cancelled. Nobody has to un-pause them later.

Can I switch the safety limits off if I need more volume?

No. Nobody can: not you, an admin, the API, Claude or us. You can set your own cap lower, never above the warm-up level or the platform ceiling.

Will my LinkedIn accounts keep their current volume when I switch?

Not straight away. Every moved LinkedIn account restarts at warm-up level 0 (4 invites a day) and climbs one level per 14 healthy days, reaching full volume in about 10 weeks. It is a safety feature: a sudden jump in activity from a new tool is what gets accounts restricted.

How do you keep my LinkedIn accounts safe?

No tool can promise an account will never be restricted, and you should distrust any that does. New accounts start at 4 invites a day and build up gradually, each day’s cap is the lowest of the platform ceiling, the warm-up level and your own cap, and every account sends only in its working hours and slows down on its own if its health drops.

Keep every account sending, week after week.

Each account ramps up at a human pace, sends only in your working hours and slows down on its own if anything looks off.
