Google API disclosure
GrowthxAI Outreach's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice, this means that when you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox to GrowthxAI Outreach:
- We use Gmail data only to send the emails you schedule, to receive replies and show them in your inbox, and to keep each lead's timeline. These are features you see and control in the Platform.
- We do not use Gmail data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We do not transfer Gmail data to anyone other than the service providers we need to run the Platform, as listed on our Security & trust page, and then only to provide the feature you are using.
- People at GrowthxAI do not read your Gmail data unless you ask us to (for example, to fix a support issue), it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.
- We do not use Gmail data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
- You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page, or by disabling the mailbox in the Platform.
Microsoft data
The same limits apply to mailboxes connected through Microsoft 365 or Outlook. We use the access you grant only to send and receive the messages you schedule, and you can revoke it from your Microsoft account settings or by disabling the mailbox in the Platform.

We have no partnership, licence or other relationship with LinkedIn, and nothing in the Platform or on this website should be taken as implying one.
LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies restrict automation, and LinkedIn can warn, restrict or close any account at any time, whether or not it uses automation. GrowthxAI Outreach applies conservative limits, warm-up and health checks to every connected account, but we cannot prevent LinkedIn from acting and we do not guarantee that any account will not be restricted.
Use at your own risk
Use of GrowthxAI Outreach is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third-party platform terms, including those of LinkedIn, Google and Microsoft. You are responsible for complying with those terms and with the laws that apply to the people you contact. Our Terms of Service set out the limits of our liability, and our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with the Platform.
Other trademarks
Google, Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Microsoft 365 and Outlook are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on this website is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.
