Import candidates from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches, send InMails and messages from every recruiter’s account, and keep every candidate conversation in one inbox.
Up to 50% off lifetime deal, limited seats
Sound familiar?
- “The best candidates never answer the first InMail, and I don’t have time to chase each one.”
- “Two of our recruiters messaged the same engineer about two different roles.”
- “Our InMail credits are gone by the middle of the month.”
- “Candidate replies are spread across five people’s LinkedIn inboxes.”
Source and reach out by chat.
Connect Claude, paste your search and describe the role: “Backend engineers in Berlin with Go and payments experience. InMail the open profiles, invite the rest, two follow-ups.” Claude imports the people, sets up the steps, checks each recruiter’s limits, and asks before anything starts.
- Then run the desk from the same chat: “Which candidates replied this week?” “Draft answers to the salary questions.” “Move Ben to Screening.”
- Nothing goes out on a recruiter’s behalf until they say yes, and Claude can’t raise anyone’s limits.
InMails that don’t burn through your credits.
Send InMails through Classic, Sales Navigator or Recruiter, and decide who deserves a paid credit. Everyone else gets a connection request or an email.
- Open profiles get a free InMail. Tick “Only send to open profiles”, or branch on it, and save paid credits for the candidates who need them.
- Out of credits? The candidate takes the “no credit” branch to a connection request or an email, instead of being dropped.
- InMails have their own daily cap for each recruiter’s account, so a month’s allowance doesn’t go in a week.
One candidate, one recruiter, whatever the role.
Every recruiter connects their own LinkedIn account, and campaigns share candidates between them by rules you choose. Nobody hears from two of your recruiters about two jobs in the same week.
- Same sender as before: a candidate stays with the recruiter who last spoke to them, so the relationship builds across roles.
- People already in a campaign, or who replied recently, are left out when you import, so a new search doesn’t reach last month’s candidates again.
- A reply to any recruiter stops every follow-up to that candidate, on LinkedIn and by email.
Every candidate reply and stage in one place your whole desk can see.
LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp replies from every recruiter land in one inbox, tagged by intent. Move a candidate to the next stage from the reply, and each recruiter works from the “Mine” filter.
- Your own stages, in your own order: sourced, contacted, replied, screening, submitted, placed. Tags for skills, seniority and role.
- An interested reply or a question becomes a task for the recruiter, due in 4 hours, so a good candidate isn’t left waiting over the weekend.
- Export the candidates at any stage as CSV for the hiring manager’s shortlist.
Staffing agency? Keep every client’s roles apart.
On the Agency plans, each client gets its own candidates, recruiters’ accounts, campaigns and numbers. Switch between them in one click, and never mix one client’s shortlist with another’s.
- Limit a recruiter to the clients they work on. They only see those clients’ candidates and conversations.
- Give each client a portal with their own candidate replies and results, under your agency’s own brand and domain on Agency Plus.
- Reports for each client, so the weekly update covers only their roles and their candidates.
Everything else a recruiting desk needs.
People who reacted to your job post
Paste the URL of a job post and import everyone who reacted or commented on it. The warmest candidates you’ll get, and it works on a hiring manager’s post too.
Learn moreNew matches every week, on their own
Set a search, a Sales Navigator list or a job post to repeat daily, weekly or monthly. Each run adds only people you haven’t imported before.
Learn moreInterview slots over WhatsApp
When a candidate shares their number, record it as their consent and carry on on WhatsApp, with the chat in the same inbox as the InMail that started it.

Reply rate by role, message and recruiter, the funnel from first touch to screening call, and a CSV of candidates at each stage for the hiring manager.
Learn moreEvery recruiter’s LinkedIn account stays safe.
A recruiter’s profile is their network. New accounts start at 4 invites a day and earn more after 14 healthy days in a row. A free account stays at 9 a day; a Premium account can reach 45. Daily limits apply to every account and nobody can switch them off, including us. Activity runs only in working hours and slows down on its own if anything looks wrong.

Recruiter questions
Does it work with LinkedIn Recruiter?
Yes. LinkedIn Recruiter limits how many sessions an account can have open, so Recruiter features are off by default and a Recruiter account connects as a normal LinkedIn account. Turn them on in the workspace settings when you want to send Recruiter InMails, and connect those accounts with the browser extension.
Where can I import candidates from?
LinkedIn and Sales Navigator search URLs, Sales Navigator lists, the people who reacted to or commented on a post, people with a given job title at a list of companies, your own connections, and CSV files. A search brings in up to 1,000 people, or 2,500 on Sales Navigator and Recruiter.
How many InMails can each recruiter send?
InMails have their own daily cap, which grows with the account’s warm-up level: none at level 0, 5 a day at level 1 and up to 40 at level 5, never above 50. Free InMails to open profiles don’t use credits, up to 800 a month per account.
Can our staffing agency keep each client’s roles separate?
Yes, on the Agency plans. Each client gets its own candidates, LinkedIn accounts, campaigns and reports. A recruiter can be limited to the clients they work on, and a client can see their own candidate replies and results in a client portal.
What happens when a candidate says “not right now”?
The reply stops every follow-up to them and is tagged Not now, so it’s easy to find later. Set them to a stage or a tag, and enrol them in a new campaign when the next role opens.
Will my LinkedIn account get restricted?
No tool can promise that, and you should distrust any that does. What we do: start every account slowly, keep it under daily limits nobody can switch off, run only in working hours, and slow down on our own if anything looks wrong.
