The 3 differences that matter
Difference 1
Rotate leads across your senders.
Put your team’s or your clients’ LinkedIn accounts in a pool and leads are shared out between them, each account inside its own limits. If one sender’s invite isn’t accepted, another can try. Expandi doesn’t list sender rotation anywhere on its site.
See multiple sendersDifference 2
An email reply stops the LinkedIn steps too.
A reply on any channel, to any sender, ends the lead’s sequences everywhere and cancels anything queued. On Expandi, an email reply doesn’t pause the lead, so prospects get duplicates.
Difference 3
Edit a running campaign without losing work.
Changes save as a draft a couple of seconds after you make them, and live leads never see a draft. When you publish, you see exactly who is affected and choose whether leads already in flight get the change. On Expandi, work is lost when auto-save fails.

Switching from Expandi
Your campaigns and leads come across, and accounts you ran one by one go into shared pools. The plan: a 30-minute call on day 0, your workspace ready on day 1, and your first sequence live on day 2.
- Export your leads as CSV; custom fields map on import and tags are applied as they come in.
- We rebuild your campaigns from an export or screenshots, with email steps in the same sequence.
- Accounts you switched between by hand go into sender pools, each inside its own limits.
- Each owner reconnects their LinkedIn account through a hosted login link, from their own country.
Your accounts ramp back up over about 10 weeks. Here’s why.
Every LinkedIn account you move starts again at warm-up level 0: 4 invites a day. It goes up one level after each 14 healthy days in a row, so an established Premium account takes about 10 weeks to reach full volume (45 invites a day). That is deliberate. A new tool, a new IP address and a sudden jump in activity is the pattern that gets accounts restricted, so we ramp back up slowly on every account, including yours. Mailboxes start higher, at level 3.
GrowthxAI Outreach vs Expandi: questions
Do you offer image or video personalization?
Not yet. Personalization is text: variables, spintax and AI lines you approve. If personalised images or video matter most, Expandi is the better fit.
Can my team reply from one inbox?
Yes. LinkedIn and email replies from every sender land in one inbox, with assignment and a “can reply” permission per teammate.
How long is the free trial?
14 days, with up to 3 senders, and no card.
Does an email reply stop the LinkedIn steps?
Yes. A reply on any channel, to any sender, stops the lead everywhere and cancels anything queued.
Will my LinkedIn accounts keep their current volume when I switch?
Not straight away. Every moved LinkedIn account restarts at warm-up level 0 (4 invites a day) and climbs one level per 14 healthy days, reaching full volume in about 10 weeks. It is a safety feature: a sudden jump in activity from a new tool is what gets accounts restricted.
Will my LinkedIn account get banned?
No tool can promise that, and you should distrust any that does. New accounts start at 4 invites a day, daily caps are the lowest of the platform ceiling, the warm-up level and your own cap, and nobody can switch them off, including us, the API and Claude.
Your LinkedIn accounts stay safe.
New accounts start at 4 invites a day and earn more after 14 healthy days in a row. Every account has daily limits that nobody can switch off: not you, not your team, not the API, not Claude, not us. Activity runs only in working hours, spaced like a person, and slows down on its own if anything looks wrong.
