Build the investor list from your thesis, reach partners on LinkedIn and email from the founders’ own accounts, follow up until they answer, and report the raise every week from one set of numbers.

Up to 50% off lifetime deal, limited seats

A partner at a venture fund replies to a message sent from the founder’s own LinkedIn account: “Send the deck, and let’s find 30 minutes with you and your co-founder next week.” The reply is tagged Interested, the investor is in the Intro call stage, a follow-up task is due in 4 hours, and the reply box offers the founder’s booking link.

Sound familiar?

  • “We reached 300 funds and can’t say who engaged and who went quiet.”
  • “A partner said ‘after our Q3 close’, and nobody wrote back after Q3.”
  • “Every Monday we rebuild the investor tracker by hand for the founders.”
  • “Two of us emailed the same partner at the same fund in one week.”

Run the raise by chat.

Connect Claude, attach your investor list and describe it: “Reach the partners at these funds for Kova’s seed round. Connect from Ines’s account, two follow-ups, then an email.” Claude imports the people, sets up the steps, checks each founder’s limits, and asks before anything starts.

  • Then the weekly check-in from the same chat: “Which partners replied this week?” “Who asked for the deck?” “Draft answers to today’s interested replies.”
  • Nothing goes out from a founder’s account until someone says yes, and Claude can’t raise anyone’s limits.
What you can ask Claude
An IR lead attaches an investor list and asks Claude to reach the partners for a seed round: Claude imports 164 people at 92 funds, leaves out 5 who spoke to the company in its last round, lays out the connection request, two follow-ups and an email across the two founders’ accounts, and asks before starting.

Turn your targeting thesis into an investor list.

Start from the funds that match the round: stage, sector, cheque size. Paste them one per line with the titles you want to reach, and the people inside each fund are found for you.

  • Partners, principals, investment directors: you choose the titles, so the deck reaches someone who can take it to the partnership.
  • Add LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches, or your own CSV, and file everyone under the company raising, with a tag for the round.
  • Re-importing the same people updates them instead of adding them twice, so the list stays one list across rounds.
Every way to import
The People in target companies import: 92 fintech funds pasted one per line, with the job titles Partner, Principal and Investment Director, filed under the Kova client with the tag seed-2026. The result: 164 people found at 92 funds, 5 of them already in the workspace and updated rather than duplicated.

Outreach from the founders’ own profiles, with one voice per fund.

Investors answer founders. Each founder signs in with a link you send, so you never hold a password, and one campaign shares the investor list between their accounts and your mailbox.

  • Same sender as before: an investor stays with the founder who last spoke to them, so nobody at the fund hears two pitches.
  • A reply to anyone stops every follow-up to that investor, on LinkedIn and by email, and cancels anything queued.
  • Each founder’s account keeps its own daily limits, working hours and time zone, and nobody can switch the limits off.
Outreach from several accounts
Reply stop: when a lead answers an email, every remaining LinkedIn and email step on both of your accounts is cancelled, so nobody follows up with someone who already replied.

“Come back after our close” gets a follow-up after the close.

Most investors don’t say no, they say not yet. Every reply is tagged by intent, and a “Not now” can become a task, a stage or a place in your quarterly update campaign in one click.

  • Interested replies and questions become a task, due in 4 hours, so a partner asking for the deck gets it the same day.
  • Turn a “not now” into a dated task for whoever owns the relationship, or re-enrol the investor in your quarterly update sequence.
  • Ask Claude “Which investors asked us to come back this quarter?” and get the list, with a draft for each.

Converting an investor’s Not now reply: a task to send the Q4 update to Grace Liu, due 6 January and assigned to Ines, with the other choices being a stage change or re-enrolling her in the quarterly investor update sequence.

Every investor’s stage, and every pitch meeting, in one pipeline.

Set your own stages for the raise and move investors along from the reply. When one books a call with the founders, the pipeline updates itself.

  • A booking through the founder’s Calendly or Cal.com link moves the investor to your Meeting stage and stops their follow-ups.
  • Call tasks put a phone call on someone’s list, with the number from your list and an outcome for each call: connected, voicemail, no answer.
  • Export any stage as CSV for the Monday meeting, from the same numbers the founders see.

The investor pipeline for a seed round: 164 contacted, 38 replied, 14 intro calls, 6 partner meetings, 2 in due diligence and 1 term sheet, with Grace Liu at Harbour Ventures just moved to Intro call.

Advising several raises? Give each founder their own view.

On the Agency plans, each company raising is a client with its own investors, founder accounts, campaigns and reports. Your analysts switch between raises in one click, and each founder sees only theirs.

  • A client portal for each founder, with their own investor replies and results. On Agency Plus it carries your firm’s brand and domain.
  • Limit an analyst to the raises they work on. They only see those clients’ investors and conversations.
  • Reports for each raise, so the weekly update covers one company, never another’s investors.
White-label and client portal
The same client portal under the agency’s own brand: Northwind Studio’s logo, colour and domain, showing Acme Analytics only its own replies and meetings.

Put the raise in the dashboard the founders already open.

Every report the app shows is one API call away: the funnel from first message to meeting, replies by intent, meetings booked. Pull it into Google Sheets, Notion or the board deck, with the same figures the app uses, and a read-only key that can never send anything. Public API on Agency Plus.

An API call for a campaign’s funnel, and its response: 640 enrolled, 612 invited, 214 accepted, 71 replied, 26 interested, 11 meetings, with the percentage from each stage to the next.

Every founder’s LinkedIn account stays safe.

A founder’s profile is their reputation with investors. New accounts start at 4 connection requests a day and earn more after 14 healthy days in a row. A free account stays at 9 a day; a Premium account can reach 45. Daily limits apply to every account and nobody can switch them off, including us. Activity runs only in working hours and slows down on its own if anything looks wrong.

Investor relations questions

Can the outreach go from the founders’ own LinkedIn accounts?

Yes, and it should: investors answer founders. Send each founder a sign-in link and they log in themselves, from their own country, so you never see their password. Their account keeps its own safe daily limits, and they can end the session at any time.

Where does the investor list come from?

From your thesis and your own lists. Paste a list of funds and the titles you want inside them (partner, principal, investment director), a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, the people who engaged with a post, or upload a CSV. Re-importing the same people updates them instead of duplicating them.

Can we email investors as well as message them on LinkedIn?

Yes. Connect a Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox and add an email step to the same sequence, for example for anyone who hasn’t accepted a connection request in two weeks. LinkedIn and email replies arrive in the same inbox.

How are pitch meetings tracked?

Give each founder a booking link from Calendly or Cal.com and use it in replies. When an investor books, they move to your Meeting stage, their follow-ups stop, and the meeting shows in the funnel. A call task step puts a phone call on someone’s list, with an outcome recorded for each call.

We advise several companies. Can each raise stay separate?

Yes, on the Agency plans. Each company is a client with its own investors, founder accounts, campaigns and reports. Analysts can be limited to the raises they work on, and each founder can see their own replies and results in a client portal.

Will investors know it’s automated?

Messages go from the founder’s own account, in their working hours, spaced out like a person, with each investor’s name, fund and details you choose. AI-drafted lines go out only after someone approves them, and nobody gets a follow-up after they’ve replied.

More investor meetings this raise, without more analysts.
