GrowthxAI Outreach

Attach a list and say what you want. Claude sets up the campaign, edits the messages, checks why something isn’t sending and drafts your replies, from your account and with your permissions. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

14 days free · 3 LinkedIn accounts · no card

A chat with Claude: attach a list and describe the campaign; Claude imports 120 people, leaves out 3 who replied recently and asks before starting; edits message 3 and asks about the 37 people already scheduled; then drafts answers to three interested replies for approval.

You don’t need to learn the tool. Just tell it what you want.

Most outreach tools take a while to learn: sequences, pools, variables, settings you only touch once. With the connector you skip that. Describe the campaign the way you’d brief a colleague, and Claude does the clicking.

It works inside the same rules as the app. It can’t go past a safety limit, and it shows you the plan before anything starts.

What you can ask

Six everyday jobs, each asked in one sentence.

01

Start a campaign from a list

Attach a list and say what you want. Claude imports the people, leaves out anyone who recently replied or is on your blacklist, builds the steps, checks your accounts have room, estimates how long it’ll take, and asks before starting.

Asking Claude: “Reach out to the people in this list. Connect on LinkedIn, two follow-ups, then an email.” I’ve imported 120 people and left out 3 who replied to you recently. Four steps: a connection request, two follow-ups, then an email if they don’t accept. About 2 weeks across your 3 LinkedIn accounts. Shall I start it?

02

Change it while it runs

“Shorten the connection note.” “Add an email if they don’t accept in 10 days.” “Pause the fintech campaign.” Claude shows the new text and tells you who is already scheduled for the old one before changing anything.

Asking Claude: “Make message 3 more benefit-led.” Here’s the new message 3. 37 people are already scheduled to get the old version. Update them too, or only people who haven’t reached it yet?

03

Handle replies

Claude reads every conversation waiting on you and shows one table: who replied, what they said, and a draft answer. Approve, edit or skip each one, or say “send all”.

Asking Claude for today’s replies: it finds 6, 3 of them interested, and shows a draft answer for each, waiting for approval before sending.

04

Ask why

Plain answers instead of a settings hunt: a daily limit reached, outside working hours, an account still warming up, or a disconnected account.

Asking Claude: “Why isn’t the Acme campaign sending?” It only sends from Mei’s account, which is still warming up and has reached today’s limit. It carries on tomorrow from 09:00. Want me to add Priya’s account to it?

05

Get reports

“How did last week go?” “Which campaign booked the most meetings this month?” “Give me Acme’s report for September.”

Asking Claude: “Which message gets the most interested replies?” In SaaS founders Q4, message B at step 2: 6.1% of people who got it replied interested, against 3.4% for message A. Want me to make B the only version?

06

Keep things tidy

“Tag everyone who said ‘not now’ and move them to a follow-up list.” “Never contact anyone at this company.” Tags, stages, lists and blacklists, by name.

Asking Claude: “Never contact anyone at stackbird.io.” That adds stackbird.io to your workspace blacklist. 4 people there are in running campaigns and won’t get anything else. Nothing is deleted. Add it?

The rules still apply

What Claude can’t do

Claude works through the same rules as the app. These are enforced by the platform, not by asking Claude nicely.

Go past a safety limit

It can’t raise daily limits, change working hours or get around warm-up, blacklists or the reply stop.

Send anything you haven’t approved

Every send, enrolment, import and export waits for your yes. That includes the replies it drafts for you: Claude writes, you approve.

See what your role can’t see

Claude works with exactly your role and client scope. Tools your role can’t use aren’t shown to it at all.

Start a campaign without showing you the plan

Enrolling always starts with a preview: who’s in, who’s left out and why, and how long it will take.

Manage members or billing

Teammates, roles, billing and connecting accounts stay in the app, with the people allowed to change them.

The detail that matters

Your yes is valid for 10 minutes, and only for that exact action.

Before anything that sends, enrols, blacklists, imports, activates or exports, Claude shows a summary of exactly what will happen and waits. If anything changes in between, it has to ask again.

For builders

Every tool, with the role it needs

The full tool reference lists what Claude can call, grouped by area, with the minimum role and which actions wait for confirmation. For automations that run with nobody watching, use the API and webhooks.

Claude connector questions

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You add the connector once in Claude’s settings, then write what you want in plain English. You never call a tool by name.

Can Claude send messages on its own?

No. Claude shows you exactly what will happen, such as “Send 6 replies from 3 accounts”, and nothing happens until you say yes. Your yes is valid for 10 minutes and only for that exact action.

Which Claude plans support connectors?

You need a Claude account that can add a custom connector, in Claude on the web or on desktop. Anthropic decides which Claude plans include custom connectors, so if you don’t see Add custom connector in your settings, check Claude’s own help pages.

Does it cost extra?

No. The connector is included on every plan. Your Claude subscription is separate and billed by Anthropic.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Each teammate connects their own Claude and works with their own role and permissions, including which clients they can see and whether they can reply.

Are there usage limits?

Yes, per person: 600 reads, 120 changes, 60 bulk actions and 20 confirmed actions an hour, and 300 sends and 500 AI drafts a day. These sit on top of your accounts’ daily limits, never instead of them.

What if a prospect writes again after Claude drafted a reply?

The send is skipped, so you never answer an old message. Claude shows you the new message instead.
