This Cookie Policy explains how ResourcePlan Solution Private Limited ("GrowthxAI", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at growthxai.com (the "Website") and in GrowthxAI Outreach at app.growthxai.com (the "Platform"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that is downloaded onto your "terminal equipment" (for example a computer or a smartphone) when you access a website. Cookies let the website recognise your device and store some information about your preferences or past actions. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage, pixels and software development kits, work in much the same way, and this policy covers them too. When we say "cookies" we mean all of them.
Cookies are usually described in two ways:
- First-party and third-party. A first-party cookie is set by the website you are visiting. A third-party cookie is set by a different domain, usually a service provider whose tools are embedded in the site.
- Session and persistent. A session cookie is erased when you close your browser. A persistent cookie stays on your device for a set period, or until you delete it, so the site can recognise you next time.
2. Why we use cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary. To make the Website and the Platform work: keeping you signed in, keeping your session secure, processing payments and protecting the site from abuse. These cookies do not store information that identifies you for any other purpose, and the Website and Platform cannot work properly without them.
- Preferences. To remember choices you make, such as closing an announcement or your cookie settings, so we do not ask you again.
- Analytics. To understand how many people visit the Website, which pages they read and where they came from, so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 for this, with IP addresses anonymised. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent where the law requires it.
- Advertising. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data for targeted advertising.
3. The cookies we use
The tables below list the cookies and similar technologies we currently use, who sets them, what they do and how long they last. Cookie names that end in an asterisk (*) vary by account or property.

The Platform also stores, in your browser's local storage, small amounts of non-personal data that make it work faster, such as the last view you opened and the size of a panel. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by service providers whose tools we embed. They process the data those cookies collect under their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): policies.google.com/privacy. You can also opt out of Google Analytics everywhere with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.): stripe.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
If we embed a video from YouTube or another platform on the Website, that platform may set cookies when you play it. We use privacy-enhanced embeds where the platform offers them, and the video does not load until you press play.
5. How long we keep cookie data
Each cookie lasts for the period shown in the tables above. We keep the information collected through analytics cookies for up to 2 years after your last visit, after which it is deleted or aggregated so that it no longer identifies you. Records of the cookie choice you made are kept for 12 months so we can show we respected it.
6. Your consent and how to change it
We can store cookies on your device without asking if they are strictly necessary for the operation of the Website or the Platform. For all other types of cookies we need your consent where the law requires it, and we ask for it in the cookie banner the first time you visit the Website. Choosing "Allow all cookies" accepts all the purposes above. Choosing "Necessary only" means we set only strictly necessary and preference cookies; the Website still works, but we will not be able to count your visit or remember you across visits.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:
- by choosing "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page of the Website, which reopens the banner;
- by emailing us at privacy@growthxai.com; or
- by changing your browser settings, as described below.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before you withdrew it. If you decline analytics cookies, we will still set a preference cookie so we remember your choice.
7. Controlling cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you see which cookies are stored, delete them one by one or all at once, block cookies from particular sites or from all sites, and block third-party cookies. Instructions for the most common browsers:
If you block or delete all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, some parts of the Website and the Platform will not work. In particular, you will not be able to stay signed in to the Platform.
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where the law requires it. Our Website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, for which there is no common standard.
8. Cookies and the accounts you connect
This policy is about cookies on our Website and in our Platform. It does not cover the LinkedIn session cookies and mailbox tokens that the Platform stores so it can send on behalf of a connected account. Those are part of your workspace data, are stored encrypted, and are handled under our Data Processing Agreement and described on our Security & trust page.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change means we need your consent again, the cookie banner will ask for it on your next visit.
