Your team’s LinkedIn and email outreach in one place: no rep messaging the same person twice, every reply in one inbox, and reports that show what’s working.
Sound familiar?
- “Replies are in eight personal inboxes and nobody knows who’s following up.”
- “Two of our reps messaged the same VP the same week.”
- “I can’t tell which sequence step actually books meetings.”
- “We had to rebuild the whole campaign to fix one message.”
No rep messages someone a teammate is already talking to.
Several reps can share one campaign, and the rules decide who contacts whom before anything is sent.
- Fresh sender: a lead only goes to a rep who has never invited or messaged them.
- Same sender as before: the lead stays with whoever last spoke to them.
- One live sequence per lead per rep, and a reply on any channel stops that lead for everyone.
Reports a manager can trust.
Positive reply rate per rep, per step and per A/B variant, and the funnel all the way to meetings booked. The dashboard and every report use one definition of every number.

Edits to a running sequence save as a draft. When you publish, you see who is affected and choose whether leads already in flight get the change or only new leads do.
- Or ask Claude: “Make message 3 more benefit-led.” Claude writes the new version, shows who it affects, and changes nothing until you approve.
What a team rollout needs.
Protect every rep’s account
Each rep’s LinkedIn account warms up on its own, has daily limits nobody can switch off, keeps its own working hours and time zone, and slows down on its own if its health drops.

Native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce sync logs each conversation with the sequence and step it came from, and BCC to CRM copies emails in. CRM sync and signed webhooks are on Agency Plus.

New accounts start at 4 invites a day and earn more after 14 healthy days in a row. Every account has daily limits that nobody can switch off: not the rep, not a manager, not the API, not Claude, not us. Activity runs only in each rep’s working hours and slows down on its own if anything looks wrong.

From invite to meeting, per rep and per campaign.
Every campaign has a funnel: invites, accepted, replied, interested, meetings booked. Open the Senders tab to compare reps, or a sequence to see which step and which variant earn the interested replies. Export any of it as CSV.

Frequently asked questions
Do reps need Sales Navigator?
No. Free LinkedIn accounts work at lower limits (up to 9 invites a day). Premium accounts can earn up to 45 a day, and Sales Navigator adds more ways to import people.
Can managers see all reps?
Yes. Owners and Managers see every rep’s sender, sequence and conversation, and reports break results down per rep, per step and per variant. Members can be limited to what they work on.
Does it log to our CRM?
Native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce sync is in early access on Agency Plus. By default it only adds people who replied, so your CRM stays a list of real conversations. Webhooks cover anything else.
Can a rep leave and keep their LinkedIn account?
Yes, it’s their account. A manager disables the sender, which stops all queued activity and removes the stored session, while conversations and history stay readable in your workspace.
Will reps lose their LinkedIn accounts?
No tool can promise that, and you should distrust any that does. What we do: new accounts start at 4 invites a day, limits nobody can switch off, working hours per rep, and automatic slow-downs when health drops.
