Spread your outreach across your team’s (or your clients’) accounts. Each one stays inside its own safe limits, and nobody gets messaged by two of them.

One LinkedIn account only goes so far.
A safe account sends a few dozen invites a day. To reach more people you need more accounts, and that’s where it usually goes wrong: two reps message the same buyer, a new account gets a load it isn’t ready for, and someone has to ask a client for their password.
Five ways to share people out between senders.
Put several senders in a campaign’s pool and choose how new people are assigned. The preview shows how many each rule moved or skipped before anything starts.
- 1
Round robin
People are dealt to your accounts in turn.
- 2
Least loaded
Each person goes to the account with the fewest live leads.
- 3
Fixed
You pick the account when you add people.
- 4
Fresh sender
Only an account that has never invited or messaged this person. If none is left, they’re skipped, and the preview tells you.
- 5
Same sender as before
Whoever last spoke to them, so the conversation stays in one place.
One lead, one conversation.
However many senders you run, each person hears from your team in one place.
- One live sequence per sender: a lead can’t be enrolled twice on the same account.
- A reply to any sender stops all of them, on LinkedIn and email, and cancels anything queued.
- No accept after 14 days? A rotate step can hand the lead to the next sender for a fresh invite, up to a limit you set.
Add or remove senders mid-campaign.
Add a sender to a running campaign and you’re offered to move the people who are still waiting. Only people with nothing sent yet can move, so nobody hears from two of your senders.
- Nothing sent yet: can move. Their next steps are planned again for the new sender, inside its daily limits.
- Already contacted: stay with the sender they know.
- Removing a sender offers the same choice for its untouched people. A campaign always keeps at least one sender.
Every sender’s health in one grid.
See at a glance which accounts are carrying the load and which are still warming up.
- Health score from 0 to 100 for every sender, recalculated every hour.
- Today’s usage and headroom against each sender’s own limit.
- Warm-up level and the next unlock date, so you know when a new account can do more.
Connect accounts you don’t own, without the password.
Send the account owner a hosted login link. They log in themselves, from their own country, and you never see their password.
- The proxy is set by whoever opens the link, so it matches where the owner really is. Send it to them rather than opening it yourself.
- Owners stay in control: logging out of LinkedIn ends the session at any time.
- If LinkedIn logs them out later, you send the owner a re-login link, or they reconnect automatically with the optional browser extension.
Five assignment rules, and one rebalance rule: only people with nothing sent yet can move to a new sender.
Round robin, least loaded, fixed, fresh sender and same sender as before. When the pool changes, anyone who has already had an invite or a message stays with the sender they know, so no lead ever sees two of your senders on the same thread.

Frequently asked questions
How many senders can I run?
From one LinkedIn account to as many as your team or clients have. You pay per active sender, and each one keeps its own limits and warm-up. Running 100 or more? Talk to us about a custom setup.
Do I need my own proxies?
No. Each LinkedIn sender gets its own proxy in the owner’s country, set up and managed for you and included in the price. Mailboxes connect directly and don’t need one.
What happens if a sender disconnects?
Its actions are held, not lost, until the owner logs in again with a re-login link, or reconnects automatically with the optional browser extension. Leads that failed only because the sender was disconnected are re-queued on their own when it reconnects.
Can one lead be contacted by two senders?
Not by accident. A lead can only be in one live sequence per sender, moving people between senders only moves people nobody has contacted yet, and a reply to any sender stops all of them.
Can I connect a client’s or colleague’s LinkedIn without their password?
Yes. Send them a hosted login link and they log in themselves, from their own country. The link expires after 15 minutes, so ask them to be ready.
